On Friday November 6, 2020, SIC Life Company Limited was conferred with a Gold Award as the ‘Best Life Insurance Company in Customer Service’ at the 17th Ashanti Financial Services Excellence Awards held at the Golden Tulip Kumasi City Hotel. According to the organizers Top Brass Ghana, this award is in recognition of the Company’s ‘outstanding contribution to the economic development of Ashanti.’
This win comes as no surprise as Management has not relented on its efforts to provide the best of services and products to its cherished customers. Customers have been delighted in terms of claim payment being made via mobile money interoperability and other payment models such E-redemption and E-banking.
To bring service delivery to the doorstep of customers, initiatives such as a State-of-the-Art Call Center has also been introduced.
In the wake of the novel Corona virus pandemic, the Company has been strictly adhering to all the safety protocols communicated by the World Health Organisation and the Ghana Health Service. Hence, Veronica buckets, liquid soaps, tissues and hand sanitizers have been placed on its premises nationwide. In addition, posters detailing all the COVID-19 safety protocols have been pasted at vantage points at all branches nationwide. Social media has also proven an effective channel the Company has utilized to educate its clients and followers about the disease.
